Where is our furniture made ?
All of our furniture is proudly made in our workroom by skilled artisans using high-quality local sourced materials.
Can I provide my own fabric?
Absolutely! We accept Customer's Own Materials ( COM ) Reach out to our team so we can confirm yardage and fabric compatibility with your design.
What materials do you use?
We use a mix of poplar and maple wood to make our frames, high-density foam, and a wide range of upholstery options including linen, velvet, and performance fabrics. All materials are selected for durability and comfort.
How do I place a custom order?
Start by emailing Customquotes@headboardsworld.com or visiting our showroom. We'll guide you through fabric selection design approval and finalizing your order.
What is the production lead time?
Our standard lead time is 8-10 weeks from the time deposit is placed upon design and materials confirmed. For rushed orders, please contact us to see what's possible.
What is your return or exchange policy?
All custom orders are final sale. However, if there is a defect or damage in materials or craftsmanship, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
Do you ship Nationwide?
Yes we do! We partner with trusted Third-Party shippers to deliver nationwide. We also offer White-Glove delivery services as an option for client who prefer in home setup and installation

Yes, we offer exclusive trade pricing for qualified interior designers, architects, and retailers. Please contact us to apply for a trade account.
