We’re dedicated to providing a smooth, secure delivery experience for all orders. Below is an overview of our shipping methods and policies:

Local Delivery (Within 30 Miles of Our Store)

We offer White Glove Local Delivery for clients within 30 miles of our Addison showroom.

Flat Rate: $300

✅ Includes in-home installation
✅ Includes placement in room of choice, assembly, and packaging removal

Important:

  • Existing beds must be fully uninstalled and ready before our team arrives.
  • A delivery team member will contact you to schedule a date and time window.
  • If a scheduled delivery is missed, a redelivery fee may apply.


 

Nationwide Freight Shipping

We ship anywhere in the U.S. using trusted third-party freight carriers.

  • Freight shipments are curbside by default
  • Someone must be present to assist the carrier upon delivery
  • Once your piece is completed, we coordinate the pickup and send tracking details once available


Note on Freight Timing:

Because we work with independent freight carriers, exact delivery dates are not guaranteed, and transit times can vary. While we do our best to coordinate timely shipping, delays are possible due to routing, carrier availability, or regional demand. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated as best we can.

Optional White Glove Shipping (Nationwide)

White Glove shipping is available in select areas starting at $300 and includes:

  • Placement of your item inside your home
  • Assembly (if required)
  • Packaging removal
  • Final inspection to ensure quality upon delivery

Fabric Sample Shipments

  • Samples ship via USPS First Class Mail
  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
  • Tracking is not included


Inspection & Damage Policy

  • Please inspect your order carefully before the carrier departs
  • Any visible freight damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork
  • All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Claims cannot be processed if damage is not documented at delivery


Post-Delivery Responsibility


By placing an order, customers acknowledge the following.

Headboards World is not responsible for any damage that occurs:

  • After installation
  • After delivery to a third-party warehouse or receiver
  • After pickup by a third-party carrier

If an item is sent to a receiver or warehouse:

  • Our team will document the condition with photos at the time of drop-off
  • We cannot be held responsible for any damage or handling that occurs afterward
