Drop Ship Orders
- Products ship directly from Headboards World.
- Deliveries are arranged based on the current schedule provided by our third-party delivery service.
- Please make sure someone is there to assist the driver to place the order inside.
White Glove Delivery (For Large & Custom Pieces)
Our White Glove Delivery service guarantees a premium experience to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. This service includes:
- Placement of your item in the specified location.
- Assembly if required
- Removal of all packaging materials.
- Final quality check to confirm your order is in perfect condition.
Local Deliveries
- A member of our team will reach out to arrange a delivery date and time window.
- Deliveries will only proceed once confirmed by you.
- If you miss your scheduled delivery, a redelivery fee (determined by the delivery company) will apply.
Inspection & Damage Policy
- Carefully inspect your order before the delivery team departs.
- Any freight damage must be documented on the delivery paperwork.
- All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.
- If damage is not noted at the time of delivery, we will be unable to process a claim.
Responsibility & Post-Delivery Policy
By placing an order with Headboards World, customers acknowledge the following:
- We are not liable for any damages that occur after installation, upon delivery to a third-party warehouse, or after pickup by an external delivery provider.
- If damage occurs after delivery, a repair quote can be provided upon request (additional pick-up and delivery fees may apply).
- If an order is sent to a receiver or warehouse, Headboards World is not responsible for any adjustments or damages that occur once it has been delivered.
- We strongly recommend direct delivery to the final destination, as our team can make necessary on-site adjustments.
- Upon delivery to a receiver or warehouse, our team will take documented photos to verify the item’s original condition.

- Fabric and material samples are sent via USPS First Class Mail.

All sales are final and non-refundable.
Each bed is carefully inspected prior to shipment and is considered accepted upon delivery.
Damage or Defects:
- Any concealed damage or manufacturing defect must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted after this time will not be accepted.
- Photos and proof of purchase are required to process any claim.
Exclusions.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper assembly, moving after installation, misuse, or modification.
- Normal variations in color, texture, or natural materials.
- Wear and tear from regular residential use.
