• Fabric and material samples are sent via USPS First Class Mail.
• Expected delivery timeframe is 7-10 business days.
• This shipping method does not include tracking.

No returns or exchanges.

Damage or Defects:

- Any concealed damage or manufacturing defect must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

- Claims submitted after this time will not be accepted.

- Photos and proof of purchase are required to process any claim.

Exclusions.
This warranty does not cover:

- Damage resulting from improper assembly, moving after installation, misuse, or modification.

- Normal variations in color, texture, or natural materials.

- Wear and tear from regular residential use.
