Shipping is via standard ground shipping service unless otherwise arranged. Signature may be required at dleivery Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been placed.

Damage or Defects:

- Any concealed damage or manufacturing defect must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

- Claims submitted after this time will not be accepted.

- Photos and proof of purchase are required to process any claim.

Exclusions.
This warranty does not cover:

- Damage resulting from improper assembly, moving after installation, misuse, or modification.

- Normal variations in color, texture, or natural materials.

- Wear and tear from regular residential use.
