At Headboards World, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail. Production timelines vary based on the design, fabric, and customization options selected.

Quick Ship

Our Quick Ship collection features a curated selection of furniture designs, fabrics, and finishes with streamlined production.

Quick Ship orders receive priority within our manufacturing schedule, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3-6 weeks, including production and transit.

Delivery times may vary based on current production volume, product availability, and shipping destination.

Made-to-Order Furniture

Our standard made-to-order furniture requires approximately 8–10 weeks for production, beginning once your order details are confirmed and all required materials are available.

Please note: The 8–10-week estimate covers production only and does not include shipping or transit time.

Nationwide freight delivery typically requires an additional 1–3 weeks, depending on your destination, carrier availability, and delivery scheduling.

Custom & COM Orders

Custom furniture and Customer's Own Material (COM) orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design and materials selected.

Production scheduling begins once all specifications are approved and required customer-supplied materials have been received and inspected.

Shipping & Transit

Once your furniture is completed and passes final inspection, our team will coordinate shipment through our local delivery service or trusted freight partners.

Nationwide freight transit generally takes 1–3 weeks after production is completed, depending on the destination, carrier routing, and delivery appointment availability.

Orders containing multiple items may ship together once all pieces are ready.

All production, shipping, and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Material availability, production schedules, custom requirements, holidays, and transportation delays may affect your estimated delivery date.
