Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. We request that shipping damage be reported within 48 hours whenever reasonably possible, with photographs of the affected furniture and packaging.

Manufacturing defects are evaluated separately from shipping damage.

Where is our furniture made ?

Our upholstered furniture is proudly manufactured in Dallas,Texas, by skilled artisans. We combine quality materials, thoughtful design, and expert craftsmanship to create furniture made for your home.

How much is shipping?

We offer local delivery with installation for $199 within 50 miles of our Addison, Texas location.

Nationwide threshold delivery is $299, or $199 for eligible smaller items, including select headboards, ottomans, and benches.

Enjoy complimentary threshold delivery on merchandise orders of $4,000 or more after discounts and before taxes. Threshold delivery does not include in-home placement, assembly, or installation.

White-glove services outside our local area are available by quote.

Can I provide my own fabric?

Absolutely! We accept Customer's Own Material (COM) for custom upholstery orders. Our team will help confirm the required yardage, fabric suitability, and any additional production considerations before proceeding.

What materials do you use?

We use quality hardwood and engineered wood components, upholstery-grade foam, and a carefully curated selection of fabrics, including linen, velvet, and performance textiles. Materials vary by design and are selected for durability, comfort, and appearance.

How do I place a custom order?

You can submit a custom quote request through our website or visit our Addison showroom. Our team will help you review dimensions, select fabrics and finishes, and finalize the details before your order enters production.

What is the custom production lead time?

Our Quick Ship collection has an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–6 weeks, including production and transit.

Made-to-order furniture typically requires 8–10 weeks for production, plus an additional 1–3 weeks for nationwide freight transit.

Custom and COM orders may require additional time. All timelines are estimates and may vary based on materials, customization, and production schedules.

What is your return or exchange policy?

All furniture sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or customer-approved selections.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from your confirmed order, our team will review the concern and assist with an appropriate resolution.

What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?

Please photograph any visible damage and note it on the delivery receipt whenever possible. We request that shipping damage be reported within 48 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible.

Yes! We ship furniture nationwide through trusted freight partners. Our standard service is threshold delivery to the first accessible, dry area at your address.

White-glove delivery and installation may be arranged separately by quote, subject to availability and location.

What is the difference between threshold and white-glove delivery?
