Shipping & Delivery

Most in-stock pieces ship within approximately 1–5 weeks depending on delivery location, current route scheduling, and overall order volume.

All furniture is carefully prepared and shipped from our Texas workshop. Standard nationwide freight delivery is available for a flat rate and includes threshold delivery.

White glove delivery and installation may also be available in select areas upon request. For white glove availability and pricing, please contact our team upon placing your order.

Shipping

Quick Ship: Estimated delivery in 3–6 weeks, including production and transit.

Nationwide threshold delivery is $299. Local delivery with installation is $199 within 50 miles of Addison, Texas.

Complimentary threshold delivery is available on qualifying merchandise orders of $4,000+ after discounts and before taxes. Threshold delivery does not include assembly or installation.

All furniture sales are final. Please review all product specifications, dimensions, fabrics, and finishes before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled merchandise is reviewed separately under our applicable policies.

Damages & Warranty

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. We request that shipping damage be reported within 48 hours whenever reasonably possible, with photographs of the affected furniture and packaging.

Manufacturing defects are evaluated separately from shipping damage.

Standard threshold delivery includes delivery to the first accessible, dry area. Unpacking, room-of-choice placement, and packaging removal are not included.
