Our Twin-to-King Daybed is one of Headboards World’s original signature designs. Created to combine elevated upholstery craftsmanship with multifunctional living. Featuring a softly tailored silhouette, gently curved lines, and contrast piping throughout, this piece was designed to feel both timeless and versatile within the home.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the Twin-to-King functionality allows the piece to transition from a Twin XL daybed into a spacious King-size sleeping surface while maintaining a clean, tailored appearance. Making it ideal for guest rooms, media rooms, and multifunctional spaces.

Handcrafted in our Texas workshop, each bed is upholstered and built in-house using premium materials and designer-level construction techniques.

  • Expands to 86” D in King-size mode
  • Converts from Twin XL daybed to King-size sleeping surface
  • Recommended use: one Twin XL mattress in daybed mode with the second mattress stored underneath
  • In King-size mode, use two Twin XL mattresses side-by-side
  • Hidden storage compartment for second mattress
  • Recommended mattress height: 8” or less

Shipping

Quick Ship: Estimated delivery in 3–6 weeks, including production and transit.

Nationwide threshold delivery is $299. Local delivery with installation is $199 within 50 miles of Addison, Texas.

Complimentary threshold delivery is available on qualifying merchandise orders of $4,000+ after discounts and before taxes. Threshold delivery does not include assembly or installation.

All furniture sales are final. Please review all product specifications, dimensions, fabrics, and finishes before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled merchandise is reviewed separately under our applicable policies.

Damages & Warranty

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. We request that shipping damage be reported within 48 hours whenever reasonably possible, with photographs of the affected furniture and packaging.

Manufacturing defects are evaluated separately from shipping damage.

Assembly Requirements

Some furniture may require assembly upon delivery.

Standard threshold delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, installation, or room-of-choice placement.

Local delivery and installation are available for $199 within 50 miles of Addison, Texas. The installation area must be completely cleared before arrival.

Where is our furniture made ?

All of our furniture is proudly made in our workroom by skilled artisans using high-quality local sourced materials.

Can I provide my own fabric?

Absolutely! We accept Customer's Own Materials ( COM ) Reach out to our team so we can confirm yardage and fabric compatibility with your design.

What materials do you use?

We use a mix of poplar and maple wood to make our frames, high-density foam, and a wide range of upholstery options including linen, velvet, and performance fabrics. All materials are selected for durability and comfort.

How do I place a custom order?

Start by submitting a custom quote form available on our website or visiting our showroom. We'll guide you through fabric selection design approval and finalizing your order.

What is the custom production lead time?

Our custom order standard lead time is 8-10 weeks from the time deposit is placed upon design and materials confirmed. For rushed orders, please contact us to see what's possible.

What is your return or exchange policy?

All custom orders are final sale. However, if there is a defect or damage in materials or craftsmanship, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.

Do you ship Nationwide?

Yes we do! We partner with trusted Third-Party shippers to deliver nationwide. We also offer White-Glove delivery services as an option for client who prefer in home setup and installation

Do you offer trade pricing for designers or retailers?
